The new Panel View is designed to feel like an inbox for your projects. With a split-screen layout showing your project list on the left and full details on the right, you can quickly update project information, tasks, notes, and files without opening multiple tabs or losing your place. It’s project management that keeps pace with your workflow. Use the Group By feature to organize projects by status, priority, or other key attributes.
The standout addition of 2025 is tasks. We added task management directly within projects, complete with status tracking and due dates. Now you can break down the steps to get each project across the finish line and keep everyone aligned on next actions.
Users told us that compiling project notes for meeting follow-ups was time-consuming, so we tackled it head-on. The Recent Project Updates feature lets you select a date range, view all notes and tasks added during that period, and copy them instantly—now available in both simple and table formats. What used to take hours of manual work now takes minutes, so you can send summary emails immediately after energy team meetings.
The redesigned Project Overview puts critical information front and center. With recent notes summaries, task management, and pre-filtered views, you can prioritize immediate actions without the clutter—just the essentials you need to move projects forward.

The Annual Impact Savings by Status, and Cumulative Savings graphs display projects in your pipeline, with interactive features for drilling into details.
